Biopharmaceutical company PlasmaGen BioSciences has raised $25 million (Rs 160.4 crore) from investors led by private equity firm Eight Roads Ventures India.
Spectrum Legal Partner Vaishnavi Bhaskaran advised PlasmaGen.
J. Sagar Associates advised Eight Roads and the team was led by Partners Manvinder Singh and Nalin Bawa along with Senior Associate Upasana Gupta.
The investment will help PlasmaGen expand its product portfolio, deepen market .
